Order delivery is subjected to the payment credited in cake4ever a/c. unless payment is received by us, the order will not be processed. cake4ever accepts payment via Visa, Master Card, RuPay, Paypal, Debit and Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Digital wallets, and UPI.

Refund Policy

Refunds in cases of Cancellations are mentioned in the Cancellation policy, kindly refer to the same.

The acceptance of orders is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be canceled after assessing the circumstances and communicating to the customer. In such case amount paid by the customer is fully refunded to Winni wallet or bank account.

Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made and the order will be canceled. No refund will be made in such a case.

The refunds are only initiated once the customer confirms over mail where the refund has to be done - cake4ever wallet or bank account.

Refunds will be credited in cake4ever Wallet on orders which are processed within 48 hours of the delivery date

Refunds are processed to your payment method within 15 working days.


Address Change Requests

Change in the address is permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of delivery.

1.    Within 24 hours period before delivery, if an address is changed we charge Rs 200/-.

2.    Sometimes the address change request can not be accepted, in that case, the order will not be refunded or canceled.

We at Cake4ever  would always ensure that our customers would be fully contented and satisfied. We would also try our level best not to give any chance of complaints. However, in case there is any faulty delivery, we are there to rectify it. We will give a patient ear to your problems and will resolve them as early as possible.

The following aspects cover various aspects of a refund:

1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount.

2. Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: "Cancellation Request" and sent to ' WRITE MAIL I'D

Mail Shall contain the following details:-

a.  Order ID:

b.  Cancellation Reason:

c.  Refund Account Details:

Refund shall be made under the following conditions: Order was canceled.
The order was not delivered to the recipient. ( This does not include the case for the unavailable recipient )

If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.

4. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount paid by the customer.

5. Refund will be made in case the order was not delivered due to any reason after deducting, 10% processing charges.

6. No Refund for any discounted or exempted amount.

7. No refund will be made in case of wrong address, wrong contact number provided by the customers, and delivery not happen.

8. No refund will be made if the recipient refused to accept a product, such orders will be treated as delivered. 

9. Standard delivery timings are between 8:00 am to 10:00 pm In case an order gets delayed due to traffic, rain, accidents, or any unforeseen reason; No refund will be made for late orders delivery.

10. In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, Cakes and Flakes shall have the final deciding judgment.

11. Cakes and Flakes may amend its refund policy by the management from time to time.
